In 1987, we launched a service we now call 4PL Agriculture. This is an outsourcing service for agricultural producers and/or exporters that basically operates as their foreign trade and export business execution department.
The customer is always the one who sells, but they count on our support in calculating costs, logistically designing the operation, aligning it with national and international standards, and contractually executing the transaction. They also receive professional advice on International Trade, and most importantly, we execute both customs and documentary operations to meet the needs of both the customer and our customer’s clients so they can get paid quickly.

We started as VACCARI-BARILATTI with this service in 1987, and when we began, we handled a volume of just 8,000 tons/year of beans. We continued to grow, and currently, depending on the year, we help our 4PL AGRO customers export more than 3,000,000 tons/year, comprising all types of agricultural products and through bulk, container, and truck shipments.
We operate in all the country’s ports and in various locations. We have offices in Buenos Aires and Rosario, as well as bases on various routes throughout the country.
Carlos is a partner and vice president of VACLOG. He has extensive experience both in Argentina and abroad, working for banks and companies related to the agricultural sector. His name is highly recognized in the market.
